REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through our official website, authorized marketplaces, and approved distributors of Evolution Sports Nutrition Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing our products, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms stated herein.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

1.1 Due to the nature of our products (protein supplements, nutritional products, and consumables), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully delivered.


1.2 This policy is in strict compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations, as consumable products cannot be resold once opened or handled.


1.3 Please ensure you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Order Cancellations

2.1 We do not have Cancellation policy unless any major cause.

3. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery

3.1 While we maintain strict quality checks, if you receive:

  • A product that is physically damaged at the time of delivery, or

  • A product different from what you ordered,
    you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at [email/contact details] with unboxing photos/videos as evidence.

3.2 Upon verification, we may provide:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • A full refund if replacement is not possible.

3.3 Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement/refund.

4. Non-Delivery of Products

4.1 If an order is not delivered due to our error or logistics failure, you will be eligible for a full refund or reshipment at no extra cost.

5. Refund Timelines


5.1 The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by the customer’s bank/payment gateway.
